Shipping & Delivery
Once an order is processed, it is then shipped out via LTL (for large items) or FedEx/Ups (For smaller items). LTL shipments are curbside delivery only, unless otherwise requested. Ship times vary upon final destination; however the average is 2-4 business days for the East Coast and 5-7 business days for the West Cost. Dealers can also use their own freight company if desired. Please contact Trends Distrubution directly for all orders outside of the continental United States.
If Customer Picks Up From Warehouse:
Customers are responsible for checking products when picked up. No damage claims will be accepted after the order is picked up.
If Trends Distribution Arranges The Delivery:
Once a shipment is received, the customer must inspect the contents of each package before signing the Bill of lading. All visible damages must be noted on the bill of lading, however it is also very important to open all received boxes and inspect the products for any concealed damage at the time of delivery. If the driver does not allow you to inspect the shipment, please note that on the Bill of lading. All damages must be reported to Trends Distribution within 5 Business days of the delivery date. Failure to comply with these rules will disqualify customers from free replacements of parts.
Additional Freight Charges:
If freight is unable to make a delivery due to not being able to get in contact with client or dealer, in regards to setting up delivery appointments, storage fees might be assessed by the carrier. In such case all fees will be billed to the dealer and dealer takes such responsibility. Any additional fees such as re-delivery, special notification, inside delivery or any other freight carriers additional services will be the responsibility of the dealer and/or dealers client (Unless Trends Distribution is notified prior to such an event, and it is noted on your order). Should these services be requested by the dealer and/or its client all such fees will ten be re-billed to the dealer. Flat rate shipping applies only to orders shipped in the US and additonal rates may apply to special delivery areas. (Special delivery areas are any area with limited access, island with limited acess, and some  metropolitan delivery addresses). Special ashipping quotes are required for Alaska, Hawaii, and all international orders.
IF THE CUSTOMER ARRANGES THE DELIVERY ON THEIR BEHAVE:
TRENDS DISTRIBUTION, LLC Will not be responsible for any damage during shipping.
Returns & Replacements
Merchandise MAY NOT be returned for credit or replacement without prior inspection and written authorization from Trends Distribution Company. Any unauthorized return of products is expressly prohibited. A handling charge of 50% will be assessed against anyone attempting to return merchandise without prior authorization. Only products purchased directly from Trends Distribution company by a wholesaler will be authorized for return. NO EXCEPTIONS
Warranty Returns
A full wholesale price credit will be issued to authorized Trends Distribution wholesaler customers for returned merchandise that is defective as described in the warranty. The defective merchandise must be shipped freight prepaid by the least costly method of shipment and the freight cost of such shipment will be added to the price credit. If a replacement is made rather than a credit issued, Trends Distribution company will ship the replacement freight prepaid. Product returned as defective that is found to be misued, abused, modified, tampered or otherwise NOT DEFECTIVE will receive credit at scarp value only.
Other Returns
All other returns will be handled in accordance with the then-current ADC return policy for non-defective items, copies of which are available upon request.
Ordering
All orders must be submitted in writing either by fax or e-mail. specify each item by its product code and the corresponding model description, finish, and options offered in the pricelist. Orders with missing or incorrect information such as model, finish, color, pricing, etc. Will be scheduled upon receipt of correct and complete. Please allow up to 12 hours for your order to be processed, charged, and sent for preparation to the warehouse. We will shipped in accordance with the customer's written instructions. If customer omits specific shipping instructions, we will ship in the manner that we consider to be the best way, as the usual window of 3-5 business days. Time frame may vary upon location.
Pricing
All prices and specifications of models are subject to change without notice. Orders will be invoiced at the prices prevailing at time of shipment. All prices and sizes are correct except for typographical errors.
Viewing Orders
Records are confidential and may not be furnished to any person other than the client, vendors, customer, consultants, partners, contractors, or legal representative with written authorization. If at any precise moment you have the urgency to obtain a copy of any documentation such as invoices, packing slips, bill of ladings, payment receipt or any other related documentation manner please submit a formal request to our Headquarters or support team.
